Classes are designed for all levels, young to old, beginner to expert and recreational to competitive. Our 3000 sq.ft. facility offers dual mat areas, weight room and live activity streaming in our waiting room.
Registered and Certified with Ontario Jiu Jitsu Association (OJA), Ontario Kickboxing (WAKO) and International Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Federation (IBJJF).
To transform our student’s lives through martial arts, both physically and mentally. Cultivating strength and confidence of body and mind, through solid foundations and technical progressions. We do this all within the framework
of a caring and supportive community built on lifelong friendships. Students develop respect, self-control, honesty, and discipline through their journey. These positive qualities, experiences, and values can be applied off the
mat in our everyday lives and shared with people close to us. We want to create a second Family for our students.
