Yoga Yin Vinyasa Hatha Yang Mobility Stretching Recovery Restorative Exercise Strength Endurance Flexibility classes confidence sport

An exercise in which you move your body into various positions in order to become more fit or flexible, to improve your breathing, and to relax your mind.

We will be focusing on vinyasa (flow - hatha - yang) and yin (prolonged stretching) for sport in our future program, meaning the yoga class will be themed with less philosophy and more emphasis on education.
